These terms of sale are intended to govern Revoila commercial offers provided to professionals.

They must be completed and legally validated according to final offers, subscription terms, and contractual commitments.

Revoila offers may include features to create, manage, and animate loyalty programs compatible with Wallets.

Subscription is confirmed according to the terms stated in the quote, order form, or applicable payment area.

Applicable prices are those communicated at subscription time or shown on the pricing page when it applies.

Payment, invoicing, renewal, and cancellation terms must be specified in final commercial documents.

Revoila uses reasonable means to provide service access and proper operation.

Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, improvements, or technical incidents. We prefer warning people to silently tinkering.

Cancellation terms depend on the subscribed offer, possible commitment duration, and contract terms.
